Membership Renewal

Annual memberships are available for three levels;

• Individual : $10
For persons who are blind or visually impaired or family members or close friends of persons who are blind or visually impaired.

• Family : $25
Includes all immediate members of a family of a child (birth to nineteen) who is blind or visually impaired.

• Professional : $15
For professionals within the field of Visual Impairment,

Payment Options

We accept our membership payments through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to submit your payment, you can also use Visa or Mastercard. We also accept payment by cheque, mailing information is provided after you complete and submit the registration form below.
