Our topic for February’s Creating Confidence workshop is Independent Living Skills!  Whether we are picking out our clothes, going shopping, preparing food, or hanging out with our friends, all of these require independent living skills!

This month we will discuss:

• How can we continue to learn and improve these skills
• What organizations and experts can help us
• What are some fun ways we can challenge ourselves to improve
