Junior Explorer’s field trip to a “Movie Matinee” with Descriptive Video Works!
Blind Beginnings is pleased to once again be working with Descriptive Video Works to offer our young members a lunchtime “movie Matinee” event! There will be pizza and popcorn, and attendees will be asked to provide feedback on some new and exciting described Netflix content. We will sit down to watch some described shows courtesy of Netflix. Both parents and members will have the chance to provide feedback on the types of programming they want to see described. This is your chance to have some fun, watch some described content, and share your opinion to help improve the quality and variety of described programming available to children with visual impairments.
Since 2003 Descriptive Video Works has set the gold standard for descriptive video, expanding the audience for TV shows, films and live entertainment to millions of blind and partially sighted people around the world.
